I have owned this W118 by Walter Baker blouse for a while. When I laid down the whopping $ 100 original price tag *gulp*, I wasn’t quite sure whether it would come up to task. But the more I’ve worn it, the more I love it. The fit is incredibly flattering, the chiffon fabric falls softly and the arms are cut really slim. The tight cuffs hold the sleeves at your wrist really nicely and make for soft draping at the arm. No drooping sleeves on your knuckles.

 

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, you might be able to tell that “Tie-Neck Blouse Lovers Anonymous” would have been an equally appropriate name for it, so you can imagine that we love THAT detail especially. A double layered front means you can get away without wearing a camisole underneath provided you are wearing a blazer or cardigan. Its soft chiffon material makes it the perfect piece to wear under a shift  or scoop neck dresses on those days you’d like a little more coverage without adding bulk.

 

When I first bought the blouse, the material was quite wrinkly, but two trips to the dry cleaner and it has turned into the least wrinkly shirt I own. I guess the material took those chemicals really well. If you were between sizes, I’d recomment sizing down. If you were a Medium at Zara or H&M, I would recommend you go get Small on this one.
